Base Conversion Tool v. 1.0

	Installation Instructions

		I assume you've at least have downloaded BCTPAK.EXE and

	managed to type "BCTPAK" at the DOS prompt as evidenced by the 

	fact your reading this file which was supposed to be somewhere

	within said archive.  Well, that was the hard part (that is, 

	unless you failed to dearchive BCTPAK.EXE into an empty dir).

		You might like to check to see that all the following 

	files are present:

			setup.exe
			setup.lst
			setupkit.dl_
			bctsetup.ex_
			bct.ex_
			basetool.hl_
			vbrun300.dl_
			ver.dl_
			threed.vb_
			cmdialog.vb_
			commdlg.dl_

	If any of these files are not present, don't worry about it.

	Install it anyway; it prob-lee isn't necessary.  But!  if it 

	gives you grief in the process, see below for how to find me.

		Now that your here, just fire-up Windows (you must have 

	Windows!), select File from the Program Manager Menu, select 

	Run and type:  [Drive: \Path \SetUp].  

		Ex.  A:\setup  [this installs from floppy]

		Ex.  C:\Archives\BCTPAK\setup  [this install from C: 
			drive, Archives Dir, BCTPAK SubDir]

	Yes, that's right.  Just like any other Windows app.
